Endless Adventures Await

Hiking, Biking, Golf, and More Right at Your Doorstep

OUTDOOR RECREATION

Nothing to do? Think again! Canyon Pass and its neighborhood offer an abundance of choices for those who wish to remain active. Hiking, biking, golf, physical fitness facilities, tennis, as well as All Terrain Vehicle adventures are all within the canyon or within a 2‐mile radius.

The gated community is a cyclist’s dream offering privacy and a variety of terrain that will challenge the novice as well as the more accomplished rider. Within the Canyon lies a challenging 2.8‐miletrail that loops up and around the top of one of our many peaks. The hike is moderately difficult, but the reward for this challenge is the spectacular views as one makes the climb and reaches the summit.

If your choice is playing golf, our Canyon Pass offers 81 holes of challenging golf in the neighborhood, spread over five different courses. These range from a community operated 18‐hole course located across the highway from Canyon Pass’s gateway at the Highlands to the Gallery’s two 18‐hole North and South Championship venues. The Dove Mountain Golf Course located about a mile from the canyon, near the Ritz Carlton Resort, is also a championship facility. The Dove Mountain golf course has 27 holes designed and developed by Jack Nicklaus.

Both the Dove Mountain Championship layout and the North and South Gallery courses have hosted the Accenture Match Play tournament in recent years.
